Welcome to Habibians Academy (“we,” “our,” “us”). By completing and submitting the admission form, you (“student,” “parent,” or “guardian”) agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions
- Services refer to group tuition, one-to-one sessions, academic support, examinations, and related offerings.
- User refers to any student or parent/guardian who signs up via the admission form.
- Student refers to the enrolled individual receiving the services.
2. Enrollment & Acceptance
2.1 Enrollment is confirmed only upon:
- Submission of accurate information via the admission form
- Payment of applicable fees
- Acceptance of these Terms (via checkbox or digital confirmation)
2.2 By accepting these Terms, the user enters into a legally binding agreement with Habibians Academy.
2.3 We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2.4 A student photograph and relevant identification details may be required for verification and record-keeping purposes.
3. Program Structure
3.1 Group Tuition
- Each batch will consist of a minimum of 5 and maximum of 15 students
- Academic cycle runs from June to February
- Compulsory subject classes will commence from November
3.2 One-to-One Sessions
- Individual sessions will be approximately 40 minutes in duration
3.3 Private Candidates Support
Full support will be provided for:
- Admission form submission
- Board registrations (including AKU-EB or equivalent)
- Academic class support for private candidates will be provided batch-to-batch as per institute scheduling
4. Fees & Payment Terms
4.1 All fees will be communicated prior to enrollment and must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
4.2 Fees may be payable in installments as defined at the time of registration.
4.3 Installment Structure
- 1st: Advance + registration fee
- 2nd: July
- 3rd: October
- 4th: January (final installment)
4.4 Late Payments
- Failure to pay within the due date may result in suspension of services
- Repeated late payments (two or more instances) may require re-registration and repayment of the registration fee
4.5 No Refund Policy
- All payments, including registration fees, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable
4.6 Additional Charges
- Practical sessions, if applicable, will be charged separately
5. Attendance & Conduct
5.1 Students are required to attend all scheduled sessions on time.
5.2 For online classes:
- Cameras must remain ON unless otherwise permitted
5.3 Absenteeism
- Missing more than two classes without valid reason may result in removal from the program
5.4 Code of Conduct
Students must:
- Maintain respectful behavior
- Avoid disruption, misuse of platforms, or inappropriate conduct
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
6. Class Scheduling & Missed Sessions
6.1 If a class is cancelled by Habibians Academy:
- It will be rescheduled or compensated appropriately
6.2 If a student misses a class:
- Make-up sessions are not guaranteed
- Any compensation is at the sole discretion of the teacher/institute
7. Examinations & Academic Materials
7.1 Worksheets & Exams
- Worksheets and examinations may be conducted online
- Physical examinations may be conducted at our head office (Karachi)
7.2 Study Materials & Booklets
Printed materials/booklets:
- Must be collected from the head office, or
- Can be delivered via courier
7.3 Courier Policy
- Delivery charges will be borne by the user/student/parent
8. Communication Policy
8.1 Official communication channels include:
- WhatsApp groups
- Email or designated platforms
8.2 Users must:
- Follow proper etiquette
- Avoid spam or misuse of communication channels
9. Materials & Intellectual Property
9.1 All materials provided (notes, worksheets, recordings, booklets) are the intellectual property of Habibians Academy.
9.2 Users may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share materials without prior written consent
10. Privacy & Data Usage
10.1 We may collect personal information including:
- Name, contact details, academic information, and photographs
10.2 This information is used strictly for:
- Academic operations
- Communication
- Record-keeping
10.3 We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except where required by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Habibians Academy does not guarantee specific academic results or outcomes.
11.2 We are not liable for:
- Academic performance of students
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Any indirect or consequential losses
12. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if:
- Terms are violated
- Fees are not paid
- Misconduct occurs
- Attendance requirements are not met
13. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
